Open Files Locally
CloudSQL Desktop, like its online counterpart, includes a powerful SQL library that allows you to manage your queries for future use. However, we recognize that some users prefer to store their SQL files locally. After careful consideration, we’ve added the ability for users to save their SQL worksheets directly to their local drive. You can now open and manage your SQL files from your desktop, while still enjoying the robust features of CloudSQL as your SQL management hub.
Replace Text Feature
We’ve introduced the Replace Text feature on the SQL Worksheet, now easily accessible from the toolbar. This addition will streamline your workflow, allowing you to replace multiple instances of text with just a single click, making editing and refining your SQL queries faster than ever.
Adjustable Screen Size
Your screen space is valuable, and we want to give you control over how you use it. Whether you need a full screen to focus on your SQL queries or want the results to fill the screen, you can now easily adjust the size of your screen regions by dragging the borders. This flexibility ensures that you can work in the way that best suits your needs.
Easily View Column Names
Navigating your database just got simpler. We’ve cleaned up the Database Browser interface, making it easier than ever to explore your data. Now, with a simple click on a table name in the left pane, you can quickly view the column names, allowing you to navigate your database with ease.
