Having joined Oracle in the early 1990s, Jon witnessed the evolution of the Oracle ERP suite of products all the way to Fusion Cloud. After a highly successful stint with numerous ERP implementations, Jon founded DataFusing and oversaw the implementation of the data migration process using CloudMigrate. Jon has developed multiple data migration frameworks for the Oracle E-Business Suite and has the experience of managing a development team spread across four continents to his credit.

Jon is a technology enthusiast passionate about sailing and horse riding.

Binuraj has delivered consulting services to diverse clients in Europe and the Americas. His extensive experience as a core technical consultant highlighted the challenges clients face with Oracle ERP data migrations, prompting him to pursue a more structured approach to data migration, offering unprecedented visibility into the process.

Binuraj co-founded DataFusing and served as the principal architect behind CloudMigrate, directing a skilled team of developers with a focus on fully automating Oracle Fusion Cloud Data migration. Following the establishment of DataFusing, he pursued a postgraduate business program from the Indian Business School (ISB), one of the premier business institutes in Asia, enhancing his business acumen.

Binuraj, an avid reader and enthusiastic hiker, enjoys relaxing in his native Indian village, surrounded by backwaters.

After a career spanning more than a decade in the software industry where he rendered services as a technology entrepreneur to several clients, Leo joined DataFusing taking on the mantle of leading the implementation of the HCM business object migration. Leo currently leads our efforts on CloudConfig.
