Having joined the Oracle in the early 1990s, Jon witnessed the evolution of Oracle ERP suite of products all the way to Fusion Cloud. After a very successful stint with numerous ERP implementations, Jon launched DataFusing and oversaw the implementation of the data migration process using CloudMigrate.

Jon has developed multiple data migration frameworks for Oracle e-business suite and has to his credit the experience of managing a development team spread across 4 continents.

Jon is a technology enthusiast who is passionate about sailing and horse riding.

Binuraj Nair is a seasoned Oracle ERP consultant. Having kick-started his career with global IT giants, Binuraj has provided consulting services to several clients spread across industries in Europe and the Americas. His many years of experience as a core technical consultant made him realise the troubles faced by clients when it comes to Oracle ERP data migrations and he thus set out on his mission to establish a more systematic approach to data migration where clients can get visibility to the data migration process like never before.

As a founding member of DataFusing, Binuraj was the chief architect of the flagship product CloudMigrate, leading a talented team of developers. He considers himself to be well on track for automating Oracle Fusion Cloud Data migration completely by the year 2021.

An avid reader and an enthusiastic hiker, Binuraj loves to unwind in his native village in India surrounded by backwaters.

After a career spanning more than a decade in the software industry where he rendered services as a technology entrepreneur to several clients, Leo joined DataFusing taking on the mantle of leading the implementation of the HCM business object migration. Leo currently leads our efforts on CloudConfig.
