A job represents one or more roles that may be performed by an individual within an organization.
Job Evaluation | Job evaluation is used to capture job evaluation criteria, for example, to record the required points for know-how, accountability and problem solving, if the hay evaluation system is used. |
Job Extra Information | Represents the extensible structure for the job. |
Job Legislative Extra Information | Represents the legislative extensible structure for the job. |
Job Valid Grade | Grades that are valid for a job. |
Dependent Business Objects / Configurations
The following Business objects / Configurations are assumed to be loaded beforehand.
Reference Data Sets | Reference Data Sets should be configured in the target system as it is in the source system |
Grade Ladders | Grade Ladders should be configured in the target system as it is in the source system |
Management Level | Management Level should be configured in the target system as it is in the source system |
Full Time or Part-Time | Full Time or Part-Time should be configured in the target system as it is in the source system |
Regular or Temporary | Regular or Temporary should be configured in the target system as it is in the source system |
Job Family | Job Family should be configured in the target system as it is in the source system |
Job Function | Job Function should be configured in the target system as it is in the source system |
Limitations
Currently, CloudConfig does not migrate Job Evaluation, Job Extra Information Job Legislative Extra Information, Job Valid Grade and Descriptive Flex Fields (DFF). Please contact us to find out how you can migrate these using CloudMigrate.
